If paying via Pay Pal we will refer to the transaction ID number. 2. Your confirmed shipping address and shipping method. 3. Payment Details. Claims, Adjustments and Returns If you have any problems with your order, please contact Customer Service at orders@reel-carolina.com within 7 days of receipt of your order.
